Getting to Tynedale Beer Festival

Tynedale Beer Festival takes place at Tynedale Rugby Club, Station Road, Corbridge, Northumberland NE45 5AY — just a short walk from Corbridge village and well connected by road, rail, and bus.

🚆 By Train

Corbridge has its own train station on the Newcastle to Carlisle line, with regular Northern Rail services running throughout the day.

  • The festival site is only a 5-minute walk from Corbridge Station.

  • Trains run roughly every hour from both Newcastle (around 35 minutes) and Carlisle (around 60 minutes).

  • Please check the latest timetables before travelling at trainline.

🚌 By Bus

Corbridge is served by regular bus services from Hexham, Newcastle, and surrounding towns.

  • Go North East service 10 runs between Hexham and Newcastle and stops in Corbridge village centre.

  • From the bus stop, it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the festival site.

🚗 By Car

If you’re driving, follow signs for Corbridge from the A69, then look for event signage for Tynedale Rugby Club.

  • Free parking is available on-site for festival visitors, but spaces can fill up quickly during peak times.

  • Please do not drink and drive — taxis and trains are plentiful, and we encourage everyone to travel safely.

If you’re staying in Corbridge village, it’s an easy 10-minute walk to the festival grounds along Station Road. The route is well signposted during the event.
