Tynedale Beer Festival is one of the North East’s largest beer, cider, and gin festivals — held annually in Corbridge. It features hundreds of local and national ales, live music, street food, and a great community atmosphere, all in support of local charities.

The festival takes place over three days at Tynedale Rugby Club, Corbridge. Dates vary each year, but it’s usually held in June. Please check the festival’s website or social media for confirmed dates and times.

The festival is organised by volunteers from Tynedale Lions Club and Tynedale Rugby Club, with proceeds supporting local charities and community causes.
Tickets & Entry

Tickets are available online through the festival website. Limited tickets may be available on the gate, but pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Tickets on the gate will cost more than buying online.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

The festival is open to all ages on Friday and Saturday. Thursday is over 18’s only. You must be 18 or over to purchase or consume alcohol. ID checks are in place. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

We’ll be serving a wide range of real ales, craft beers, ciders, wines, and gins, all carefully selected from local and national breweries. Soft drinks are also available and NoLo alcohol beers are also available. Gluten Free and Vegan beers are indicated above the bars.

Yes! There’s a fantastic choice of street food vendors offering everything from wood-fired pizzas and gourmet burgers to vegetarian and vegan options.
Entertainment & Activities

Expect a full lineup of live music across all three days, plus family-friendly activities during the Saturday afternoon and a lively evening atmosphere. The festival runs alongside the Tynedale 7's rugby tournament, featuring men's and women's rugby. Details to follow in the coming weeks.

Dogs are allowed within Tynedale Park and around the outside of the marquees, providing that they are kept on leads.
Dogs (except Guide Dogs) are not allowed within the marquees.
Please bag any dog waste and put in the bins provided.
If the weather is hot and sunny, please don’t leave your dog in a car, even if the window is open.
Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter will be at the festival on Saturday providing watering stations. There are water taps available. Please ask a volunteer if you need any assistance.

The venue is easily accessible by train (Corbridge Station is a short walk away), car, or bus. We encourage visitors to use public transport or arrange a designated driver.

Yes, there’s limited free parking on-site, but it fills up quickly. Please consider car sharing or using public transport where possible.

Yes, on-site camping is available for both tents and campervans. Facilities are basic but include toilets and showers. Camping tickets must be booked in advance.

No, unless you are camping. You must consume your own alcohol in the campsite. You cannot bring your own alcohol or food into the festival area.
