Queen Elizabeth High School Rowing Club

The Rowing Club has consistently been one of the school’s most successful sporting clubs and has been established for over 30 years. During this time we have achieved huge success at both National and International levels. In the recent past the club has produced 13 International athletes, the most notable being the Wells brothers. The older of the two, Matthew, was the Great Britain single sculler at the Olympics in Sydney, won a Bronze medal in Beijing in a double scull and both Matt and brother Pete competed in the Athens Olympics.
