Confidential Executive Search We apply a bespoke approach to each confidential search assignment to ensure that a successful outcome is obtained in the most time and cost effective manner. Each assignment is initiated with an in-depth client meeting in order to agree a comprehensive job, person and remuneration specification. From this meeting a tailored proposal is presented that details the most appropriate search and selection methodology, timescales and costs. Once approved, we will commence the search and provide regular feedback to ensure that each shortlist candidate meets the agreed specification and is genuinely interested in the position. We regularly conduct assignments that require NDAs.
Executive Network We work with proven high-performing executives to introduce them to organisations and intermediaries who can help them progress their careers in either a corporate or private equity backed environment. We coordinate and manage these relationships through our Executive Network service. Our focus is primarily on chairmen, non executive directors and CEOs who we meet to understand their skills and experience and discuss what they are looking to do in their career. We use our specialist market knowledge to provide insight into how they might be viewed by the corporate and private equity market and work to facilitate the most appropriate introductions.
