Hybrid Theory

A smooth pale with a rich texture from oats and wheat. The hoppy bitterness and lemon/citrus notes on the finish are well rounded by creamy sweetness and tropical fruit flavours. DDH with Chinook and Simcoe. Wheat and Oats in the mash.
