The Beer Festival receives enormous support, not just from our main sponsors and customers but also from many other organizations and individuals. They help by sponsoring a cask (and more) of beer or cider. Obviously, the more sponsorship we get the more we will be able to donate to the good causes.

The festival is a very inexpensive and effective way to promote your business by entertaining clients and to reward your staff. For a small outlay you can contribute to, and participate in, a great local event, while having a good time and helping others. Come and have some fun! The Rugby Club is right next door to the railway station, so you can even get there by train!

  The Beer Sponsorship Package

The standard package will give you the following:

·    1/8 page advert in the festival programme alongside the beer/cider you are sponsoring.

·    A3 size poster at the Festival advertising your company and chosen beer.

·    Thursday Sponsors’ Event for two with light buffet.

·    Eight beer tokens for use at the Sponsors’ Event.

·    Voucher for seven beer tokens to be used at any time during the Festival.

·    Tickets for two on Friday and Saturday (worth £40).

·    Two souvenir Festival glasses and programmes.

·    Links to your business from the beer list on this web site.
