We raised nearly £20,000!

Thank you all once again. This money will be split between Tynedale Lions and Tynedale Rugby Football Club. Most of the Lions share will be given to the Air Ambulance and some to other local charities. The rugby club will use its share for sports development projects.

A great big thank you to all our sponsors and especially to those who have supported us year after year. Also we are very grateful to the Hexham Courant for helping publicise the event, and to the local Tourist Information Centres for selling the tickets.

OK, so it was wet - but it was all under cover and there was more beer than ever. What more could you want? Judging by the turn out, not much.  We had 102 beers, all on pumps and with coolers to keep the temperature right - although we had to switch them off to avoid the beer getting too cold!

We had our biggest attendance yet - about 3000 visitors over the three days. Several people travelled up from the South and stayed for the three days under canvas. Brave souls - but they seemed to enjoy themselves. We look forward to welcoming them again next year - and everyone else of course.
